Ramadan and violence

Reader comment on item: [Beltway Snipers]: Converts to Violence?

Submitted by Ali (United States), Oct 30, 2002 at 01:30

"How come each time an islamist kills, his/her "moderate" islamists keep saying that
"islam doesn't allow killing of innocent men, women & children"?

Is it ok then to kill "non-innocent men, women & children"?

How are "non-innocents" defined?

Are infidels are considered "non-innocents"?

Somtimes "moderate" Islamists tell us that a good Muslim never kills during Ramadan... Is it ok to kill before or after Ramadan?...
