Daisy,

I live in İstanbul and I have never came to USA in my life and I have no such a plan. Besides I wouldnt be able to get a visa probably since I am a muslim and never would hide it.

About why I defend islam so much is because if you people call our prophet Muhammed a terrorist and İslam a religion of hatred,we cant go to nowhere. İf you look at so many millions as an enemy, you wont find a solution to this issue.I hate repeating this all the time but I think all the crimes committed claiming that İslam orders so are actually a war between Arabs and the West.

İslam not only belongs to Arabs. This is not a war of islam. İf there are 1,5 billion muslims in the world lets exaggerate and say the most there are 150,000 terrorist which makes only one out of 10,000 people a terrorist. Also these are mostly fighting and blowing themselves up for Irak, for Saudi Arabia, for Phalestein, for Chechenia. Few are directly attacking to the other countries. Whatever their reason is they have no right to harm innocent people. But you have no right to blame İslam as a religion either.

About Turkey, why do you think that I cant say my opinion about islam openly here. You are rather ignorant.Turkish state is not islamic, not even moderate islamic. State has no religion here. İf you are a girl you can not go to a university with a turban on your head which is a ridicilus rule. Even the prime minister's daughters came to the USA to go to a university, because they didnt want to take off their turbans. So you must promote Turkey against to traditional countries like İran or Saudi. We represent the most modern version of islam.

The reality is that if islam is practiced in a traditional way then this means muslims are going to stay not civilised for ever. Everything written in Koran can be reinterpreted except like the main moral rules and creator Allah and hell and heaven concepts. This means including Muhammed's own life and hadiths everything can be reinterprated. İslam can not stay as a static religion. Many muslims can call us atheist or we dont know the reality and only they know the best but I am sure Allah didnt want us to stay static and live for ever in the year 700. Ms.Shazia Kanim knows it better than me and she has many many posts about the real muslims world view. İf you read her and still dont respect, then I think you are yourself a greater potential danger to the world than an ordinary muslim.(Christian racism!)

Turkey is a poor and weak country today. But we are in the western side. Not as a muslim, as a human being. the terrible things you do (like burning Taliban bodies) in some countries hurt us. But comparing to USA what can we do for the world. You are the boss today and we even join you as your guard in Afghanistan. We refused to cooperate in Irak because we knew the end of it. This is our area. That tragedy there will never end. And mr Bush is the creator of it. Irak was under repression during Saddam, but was a very peaceful and secular country. İnstead of calling this chaos a success and putting the blame on the Iraqis who fight against your invasion and call them terrorists, try to ask how they feel about USA to an Iraki instead of making your own judgements in your warm bed.

İn the history Turkey was a good example for whole the nations under the invasion of English empire. All these emerging nations admired us as a pioneer of national liberation.Today we are still a poor country. But we are on the edge of jumping and attempting to reach the level of modern civilizations.I have great hope about our near future. This way again we can be an example for the rest of the developing nations. What else do you want me to answer Daisy?
