possibly it behooves Europe to follow Sharon's example and disengage from North Africa.
By the same token, if Europe is truly interested in defusing the Arab-Jewish conflict in the holy land, it should offer the Arabs currently residing in the inhospitable Holy Land asylum in Europe. Europe, 370 million strong, with more than 20 million Muslims already calling it home, will be no less attractive with two more millions.
Somehow, I do not see that happening, even if it makes good sense.
