Reader comment on item: Europe under Siege

Submitted by Mary (United Kingdom), Oct 20, 2005 at 08:21

An example of recent dhimmitude occurred when "Time" magazine promoted a special feature on Turkey and chose to distribute an offensive DVD which pretended to exonerate Turkey of the crimes it has committed against Armenians. The feeble excuse produced by the Editor was that the editorial staff hadn't seen the DVD. Naturally, this provoked a very angry response from its readership and various Armenian bodies and "Time" was forced to publish an apology. Turkey should not even be considered as being worth talking to for entry into the EU until it has made an official apology for its genocidal actions against the Armenian people - something which Germany did a long time ago and paid the required compensation to the Jewish people.
