1.5 million Civilians Armenians killed and tortured and you call it INDIVIDUAL cases; you call it a tragedy not a massacre. My Husbands Grandfather who passed away 10 years ago, is an Armenian who saw his parents and all of his siblings except his sister tortured and killed in front of him, his mother was raped in front of him when he was 6 years old, he managed to escape to a priest who took him to the Middle east and was raised in a seminary, his sister was even younger than him was missed the killing that night and was taken by another family and fled to France, like millions of others, he never heard back from his sister. Armenians were scattered everywhere on earth and you call it individual cases?????

I have heard so many stories from my father who passed away just last year about the suffering of Armenians, I have heard thousands of similar stories from real Armenians.

My friend's grandfather is an Armenian who was raised by a muslim family and made him muslim, his brother however was raised by a christian family and stayed christian. They died without having the chance to be brothers in one family, their mother passed away while carrying them through a long way to safety.

I am not talking about history written in books, these are stories we heard from real Armenians who witnessed and suffered from the massacres done by Turks. Lots of Armenian infants were taken also by Muslims and raised as Muslims.

Last time I heard John Paul II apologizes because he believed that the Catholic Church should have done more to save the Jews from the Nazis. Although the Catholic Church was under torture itself, the Catholic Church was looking to help other victims.

The same for all Christians who are ashamed and apologized for the crusaders and the dark ages of the church, although if we want to look back at the history, crusaders may have been politically right, they were defending their land from the invasion of Islam. However, Christians condemn these wars because there is no justification in Christianity for violence whatsoever.

Now, please compare this to what you are saying.

Your previous writings indicated that you are highly educated and a moderate Muslim, I had faith that people like you will help other Muslims to see the light. But maybe moderate Muslim is just an illusion.

Peace be with you
