U.S.A was obliged to manage a wiser war against the terror in Iraq. But to her army today there are no insights to do it. Bush administration had to do a reform in the American defence system, however the system's heads resist for that in order to guard on their present position. They act according to the Survival Principle. Without understanding this principle no chance to carry out real improvements.
