One More American Institution Destroyed

Reader comment on item: On NASA's Strange Priorities

Submitted by Kenneth S. Perlman (United States), Jul 7, 2010 at 10:32

There are, or at least used to be, American institutions that rose above politics. The moon landing was indeed a giant step for America and all mankind and the shuttle disaster did not distinguish between Republicans and Democrats or Christians or Jews. The disembowelment of NASA to Political Correctness (in this case pandering to the well earned inferiority complex of the Moslem world)is despicable. This President simply doesn't like America.
