Swiss Ban on Minarets- Give them an inch they'll take a Mile!

Reader comment on item: The Swiss Ban on Minarets: A Possible Turning Point

Submitted by Debbie (United States), Dec 1, 2009 at 08:08

The vote to ban minarets in Switzerland is very positive. Hopefully countries and governments are waking up and realizing they must put their foot down and stand strong against letting Islam gain any ground. Europe is a good place to get a movement or revolution going against tyranny and terrorism! All of us can do our part to be educated on the evils of Islam and talk to others. We should also welcome muslims who are against violence and too timid to share their views with the radicals. If honest, productive, freedom loving muslims would get involved and stand against tyranny and murder, we would be leagues ahead of the game, because the righteous muslims would be standing against their violent brothers, and upholding God's holy word, to love thy neighbor.

The minarets are a sign of their power, and wouldn't it be wonderful, if they are curtailed in the future!
