A stubborn voice inside me keeps saying: this voting result has far reaching implications. As I understand it, much of Islam is based on Bedouin pride, and now this pride has been mortally offended. The concept of shame is deeply ingrained in Arab culture — just think about honor killings. How do they dare to insult us!

Anne Holmlund, Finland's Interior Minister in her bottomless wisdom hurried to declare: minarets are an issue of urban planning, nothing more. Besides having eurodhimmis we also have these utterly clueless public servants.
