Why shouldn't the Polygamist be rewarded?

My question is:

What if a man takes care completely of his FOUR wives, gives them food and shelter, and they are also happy with him and willingly marry him.
Why should he not be rewarded and praised in our Western Ccountries?? Where 60% of marriages fail in the first year?
