Our dear taj wrote

Fourth, your transliteration "al salaamu alaikum" is another indication of improper command of transliteral Arabic...

Really? this is how it is written in Arabic a language that you do not know

1. al-rasm: alif lam, seen lam alif meem, 3ayn lam yeh kaf meem

Or: al-SLAAM

2. With short vowels added

we have a fatha above the seen and a fatha above the lam and a damma above the meem and now we have: al-Salaamu. Then we have a fatha above the 3ayn and a fatha above the lam and a sukun above the yeh and a fatha above the lam and then a sukun above the meem and now we have:

3Alaikum

Or al-Salaamu 3Alaikum

Shame on you for debating an issue in a language that you really do not know

>First, you should have noted that the letter "seen" (s) is al harufash shamsiyah

ROTFL Pakistani Arabic. La'a ya roh baba it is al-lam huna inha lam shamsiya and it is called harf or letter not your bogus harfash and let me correct your pathetic Arabic: it is al-lam huna lam shamsiya. You are not an Arab. Stick to Urdu and shame on you

>shamsiyah

ROTFL are you aware that this is the Arabic word for umbrella? So are you talking about an umbrella our dear Taj?

> (let me know if you need a translation)

Translation for what? Arabic? a language that you really do not know?

>and thus the "l" in "al" is not pronounced in favor of the seen being mushaddat...

What on earth is a mushaddat? You must pardon me but you are ignorant and no there is no shadda here if this is what you mean.

The vocalization is: you just drop the lam that is it. and it is a-salaamu 3alaikum but we are writing here and not voclizing our dear taj al-tablighee

And like I say: you are here defending Arabian imperialism and for this I say: Shame
