"SALAD, ANYONE"Reader comment on item: James Baker's Terrible Iraq Report Submitted by MARTIN KESSLER (United States), Dec 12, 2006 at 17:40 Exceptionally well done. His sense of impatient agitation at that disingenuous and inedible "salad" clearly comes through. What is to date remarkable is I have yet to read anyone writing ecstatic praises about that misbegotten blunder? I believe I know what happened: 2 to 1 it was written by the Saudis in draft form and given to Baker to polish up. Now it makes sense. And I would not be so quick to suppose Bush is entirely innocent in all this. The Bushes, Bakers and the Saudis are birds of a feather and were it not for 6 million votes it would be more obvious to the unsuspecting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
