It's still about FREEDOM - its presence or absence

Daniel,

As we discussed in Boston on September 21 & 22, there is only one frame of reference that will cut through the complexity that befuddles most of the advocates on both sides.

With individual rights as the foundation and political and economic freedom as the expression of respect for those rights the whole mess can be easy to understand. That one test is the proper moral test for the legitemacy of a state. Israel is the only state in that region that qualifies.

This isolates the real choices from all the blather about accidents of birth such as nationality, religion and race. It also focus on the source of the other issues such as prosperity and influence on the US. Freedom yields prosperity and influence - appropriately so.

For anyone that wants to see the evidence and reasoning just read the year old, "The Capitalist Manifesto" by Dr. Andrew Bernstein and the classic "Economics in One Lesson" by Henry Hazlit.
