The only thing left to negotiate is how, where, and when the resolution takes place. I keep asking, what are they offerring for peace, temporary respite from mass murder?
The novelty of bargaining with terrorists has worn off and their dictatorial last gasps are passe. We have already won the war and mop up is beginning.
