"The idea of having an Arabian, Iranian or Iraqi west is insane too".

Harrak: you are a funny man. Obviously, you have not been reading my other posts. In the one about Iran, I was one of the most skeptical people about waging a war with Iran. Of course, I don't rule out an attack against Iran completely, but I am less keen it than other people. We should only go to war with Iran if we are under a serious threat.

Similarly, I had my own doubts about waging a war against Iraq. I was not sure about the WMD issue. I don't understand this glass house metaphore. I support the Americans, because they helped my country with the Marshall Plan, but I am no neo-conservative, and only see war as the last resort. If Iran does not leave us any choice, then we will go to war.

I am not a neo-conservative. I don't want an Arabian, Iranian or Iraqi west. I believe in the right of all people to run their own affairs, and that includes Muslim nations. I am a paleo-conservative. What I don't like is the idea that Europe might, one day, become a Muslim continent. That is why I said that "the idea of having a European Islam or an American Islam is insane". I don't think that I should become a Muslim or that Europe should become Muslim. Last year, there were riots in Denmark and across Europe, over some Cartoons. Why is that even occurring? Muslim immigration has created a strange situation in Europe. If our own freedom of expression is no longer guaranteed in Europe, what is going on? In that sense, the idea of a European and American Islam is insane. I am not anti-Muslim. I am just trying to preserve European heritage and freedom. Do you still want to fire a missile at my glass house?
