Simple reason both Japan and Germany were not Islamic country :

Progress and Islam cannot coexist.

The only things which can coexist with Islam / Muslims are Jehad , Massacre , Terror , Attacks , Arson , Loot , Suicide Bombings , Hatred , Incitement , Fiery sermons , Demonisation of Jews , Anti Semitism, Medieval Education , Whipping , Chopping limbs , Stonning , Veils , Burkhas , Headscarves , Machine guns , Death , Bloodshed , Dirty Bombs , Riots , Problems of law & order , Keffiyeh , Khutba , Honour killings , Paedophile mentality , Sexual Crimes , rapes , polygamy , forced conversions , killling innocents , prosecuting religious minorities , sniper shootings , chanting slogans in favour of Osama , kidnappings , hijackings , Desert ..........................

Islam the deadly cult of Terror , Bloodshed and Death is terrorising the Whole World since 1400 years.
