or of President Adams, for "by the time the Founding Fathers, were Coming Together, to Work as One Group...the Land of America, was *Over-run with Slaves*, which were the Immigration Problem, of that time"...similiar to the Immigration Problem which America, is having & has had for some time now.

The Founding Fathers, Were a Strong Believer in the Masonic Order, & George Washington, became a High Degree Masonic Member, long before the Age of 21, & when he did, he became Major George Washington.

Nothing in the History of the Lives of Any of the Founding Fathers or Dolley Payne/Paine--Todd--Madison, Indicates...any mention toward the Islamic People...nor is there Any Mention of Such a Treaty as is mentioned in this writing by this man, Barlow.

When President George Washington left the Office of the U.S. Presidency, and Adams became U.S. President, Adams "did Not Wish to be the Commander-in-Chief...so George Washington, Retained that Position...& *Ran the Country (U.S.A.), from his Plantation, in Virginia...(the plantation, which his half-brother, had left him, in a Will)."

President Adams, Hardly Ever, Signed Any Documents, Without "First Consulting with George Washington"...especially since "It Is the Montague Seal...which is Used on the Documents of the U.S. Government...during the time of the Founding Fathers".

It stems back to the time, of the Treaty of Paris 1783, when a Peace Treaty was signed by John Jay & Ben Franklin...between the British & the People of America...a Treaty, which followed the Revolutionary War...so that "Independence" could take place, for America, & the People, therein.

There had to be a Peace Treaty, BEFORE THERE COULD BE ESTABLISHED "THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE"...then The Constitution, was Established.

It was James Madison, who dictated the Ammendments...to Dolley Madison, who Wrote Them, in her handwiting...to Total 8-Volumes of them....the first 3- was purchased by U.S. Congress, for $25,000, and later, when Dolley needed money...(Probably to Place People in Political Positions, where she wanted them..) the other 5-Volumes...was bought by U.S. Congress, for another $25,000.

There were 3-Reigning Races in America, in the Times / Years of the Founding Fathers: White / Indian / Black Heritage....( these people, are All Represented in the Constitutional Government & the Bill of Rights)....cause the Whitemen... had, Before the Constitution was written & accepted, "married into the Native Indian Tribes" & the Persons of Black Heritage...were Protected, somewhat by the Actions of the Founding Fathers & Dolley Madison.

John Payne, Dolley's dad & that family, had a special purpose, for moving to Philadelphia... John was a Respected Member of the Masonic Order, & the Founding Fathers, were "well known to / with John Payne/Paine".

Dolley Madison, born 1768, died 1849...lived during all the years of the Founding of America...thru the Movement of the Indians,....westward...by 1820's / 1830, & she lived thru the Revolutionary War, and the War of 1812...& she was still living, during the times / years of the Conflict about the "Owning of Slaves...which eventually led to Their Freedom".

Nothing in the Life Story of Dolley Madison, Ever Indicated any Reference to Such a Law...pertaining to the Islamic People / Religion.

Dolley was Hostess, in the President's House & the Whitehouse...& in the Private Homes of The First 12-Presidents..."making her, probably the her, the Woman, with the Most Years in Association, with the Presidents & with the Whitehouse Government Actions"..."She Was a Woman...In The Know"... & a Friend...the Best Friend...the Persons of Black Heritage...Ever Had.

Dolley knew of Every Move, Every Action, happening with the Founding Fathers...when they were Young Men & Older Men...& James Madison is the Last Founding Father to die...& Dolley was the Last Living Connection to the Founding Fathers.

Dolley's sister married the nephew of George Washington & a niece of Martha Washington, married a nephew of George Washington & Dolley's cousin, married the son of President Polk.... so Dolley had kin folk in the Family of the First U.S. President & in the Family of the 12th U.S. President. (Ironic, huh...another "12-situation"...like the "12-disciples & Christ" situation...& in accordance with the beliefs..by the Members of the Masonic Order.

If there had been anything which had to do with the Islamic People / Religion, Dolley would have known about it...& it would have been part of the memoirs of her life.

Both George Washington & Dolley Madison ( & I....& many people in America, even of the Indians & persons of Black Heritage)...descend from The Montague Ancestory, of which the Montague ( de mon te cue) Seal, was used to Seal the Documents of the U.S. Government, by the Founding Fathers, as a "Promise that ...a Constitutional Government...was Established...to Protect the Individual Rights of All People of America....including the Native Indians & the Persons of Black Heritage"...& that the U.S. Government...was / would be a Type of Government, "Of the People, For the People, By the People"...& for It to "Stay Intact for Succeeding Generations"...since many of the people, & Their Succeeding Generations...Are From the Royalty Bloodlineages...of the Foreign Countries, of the Treaty of Paris 1783, a Peace Treaty between the British & America & the people, therein, which Led America, to have Become an "Independent Country (not a Separate Country)." and....

George Washington had to Make a Promise, that those People, would have Laws to Protect "their Individual Rights"...so many hours was spent, writing the Declaration of Independence & the Consitution, & the Bill of Rights...to Cover, Every Aspect of Life, of a Human Being...a Member of the Succeeding Generations...of those, who Fought to Bring Peace / Freedom / Rights, to America & the people, therein...& "their Succeeding Generations".

No mention of such a Law, was found in any of this Research for the Years of the Reign of the Founding Fathers or of Dolley Payne/Paine--Todd--Madison.

Dolley's son, John Payne Todd...is from Dolley's first marriage to a John Todd, a relative to Mary Todd-Lincoln...the Person who served as U.S. President by the time the Slaves, would receive Freedom....so (wonder how / who helped get him educated...in preparation, for the U.S. Presidency ?).

Dolley was Truly a Lady of Many Talents & Skills...and a True Descendant of a Father who knew the ways of the Masonic Order...& Dolley had "learned it well"...& it had become Useful, in the Years of "Her (majesty's) Reign...& she was so Respected for Her Actions...in connection with the Whitehouse, & being a Great "First Lady"...that a Male Slave...an older man..."Sold Himself, to Daniel Webster, so that Dolley could, bail her own slaves, out of jail...& Remain in Politics"...

How many of us, would "bond ourselves to another person"...to keep a Person in Politics or "Give Our Money to the Government...so a War could be Fought...to Protect Our People, of this Land ??"

Life is surely different & less Patriotic than in the Days / Years of the Founding Fathers, Dolley Madison & Abraham Lincoln, huh?
