In responseReader comment on item: A Nike e o 11 de Setembro Submitted by blank (United States), Oct 9, 2006 at 00:11 My logic is perfectly sound, you just failed to put my comment together with what you intially said, so I will go into specifics. Your intial post pointed to the fact that many parts of the Qu'ran are very violent, I wasn't arguing for or against that point. Does the Qu'ran specifically tell the followers of Islam to kill heretics? Sure. I was not making a point against that. From what I understood from your post, you were stating that since parts of the Muslim religion are violent, that we are justified in killing them. I was stating that no one in war is the good guy, everyone is effectively the bad guy. The immorality of murder is something Christian doctrine and Muslim doctrine agrees upon.
