Wow to all of you who do not know anything about Islam

First of all, Islam was NOT spread by the sword!!! I will pose a question to all who think that it was spread by the sword. The religion of Islam was a religion that was moving into India quickly and was there for about 20 years or so....so, if it were spread by the sword, then why were/are there still plenty of Hindus?! If Islam was spread by the sword, then WHY wouldnt EVERYONE in india be Muslims? Anyone?

Didnt think so. Being Muslim, I know that Islam does NOT spread by the sword, nor does it teach violence. For those who think Islam teaches violence, in the Qu'ran it specifically says, Allah does not like those who create violence for wrong doings. If there is a war against Islam then you can fight for your religion, such as every other religion will tell you! If someone is attacking you, are you going to sit there and let them kill you? No! obviously you will fight back, which is the ONLY way Allah will let fighting be allowed.

It also says, for all of you who are incompentent about Islam and who only say things because you do not know and listen to the media and repeat everything it says like a robot, In the Qu'ran it says if you are in a war against people who are trying to fight with you because of your religion and you are engaged in battle, and someone surrenders, You as a Muslim, need to back off and take that person to a place of security. Now tell me, what US Army General is going you that?

If anything, Islam teaches PEACE and a way of life. If you dont believe me, find a channel called PEACE TV. If you watch that for a day, you will know much more than you think you do. Also, Islam is in direct correlation with modern science. I urge all of you, READ a book for Gods sake. Dont read a book by another incompetent person who just wants to write a book to criticize Islam without taking the time of day to actually see what it is about. In response to what Islam says about women, have any of you realized that America has never seen a woman as president as of yet? Yeah, Hilary Clinton is running but lets see if she will win. Pakistan, who is a Islamic state, has plenty more women in power(such as the prime minister and so on and so forth), whereas America who is supposed to be so equal in gender rights prevents many women from getting to where they can actually be! T

his is interesting and I can bet no one here knew this because you all are too busy talking about all sorts of things about a religion that you do not even know about. Get a clue. Christianity is NOT the worlds' fastest growing religion...it is ISLAM now. Why? because after 9/11 more people than ever started learning about and being Muslim. If you people are going to try and slander someones religion, at least know anything about it.
