I suggest using historically precise term.

While debate on the "West Bank" term's genesis, legitimacy, and boundaries does not easily brings concensus, I would suggest to accept its existance. Regardlless of historical grounds any country may rename its regions. Since Jordan called it the West Bank of Jordan I'd rather put up with this term. Here is why:
If we call it precisely the West Bank of Jordan it would disallow for the implication of being
Palestinian Territory, or Occupied Palestinian Territory.
I strongly suggest using this historically precise term.
