Current wars, fought by secular governments, are not fought in the name of faith. Wars fought by individuals in uniform is not considered terrorism. Attacks against civilians, similar to the recent attacks in Pakistan and Kabul, 9/11, 7/7 against civilians is considered terrorism, and is done in the name of Islam.
