...What I've been saying, though, is that outside of islam, it is better to insist on the poisonous aspect (that's precaution.ch), because most people here already consider religion like something fairly mythical anyway. And within islam, with muslims, it is better to focus on the myth (that's the great divan, the gathering in the desert), the fact that muhammad's tale is a late invention, because muslims already know that their great prophet is a terrible slaughterer. They do know about jihad, dhimma, hudud, slavery, the solid hate against non-muslims. The problem is that they also have to find it all correct, exemplary.

And beware: reincarnation is one of those myths that do prevent moving forward, for millions and millions of people, today.
