CAIR is finished but not for reasons cited

The real reason why CAIR's day are numbered is it financial base which is oil-derived. As soon as the ZEEV Zero Emission Electric Vehicle hits the marker (mid 2011) oil prices will start slipping, allowing higher taxation on gas-guaaler vehicles and increasing the slope of decline for gas. Once oil hits the skids funds for CAIR and all other "charities" will dry up.
