Only members of ummah are citizens and nobody else!!!

Svet asks: "Finally American Muslims stand by "our fellow citizens" (Not our fellow American citizens)- which fellow citizens they are talking about exactly?"

Is there any doubt - only citizens of Ummah, who else!!!
