Concerning the Order by Judge Kollar-Kotelly

Does anyone know the status of the situation concerning the temporary restraining order by Judge Kollar-Kotelly to have Mr. Gaubatz remove implicating documents of CAIR's from his website (relating to publication of his recent book)?
