Reconstruction of Gaza

I agree with Dr Pipes. Any reconstruction of Gaza should be preceeded by a comprehensive peace treaty between Gaza and Israel. Pouring money to Gaza at the present state of war is a total waste of taxpayers money from all countries that participate in this fake show of support.
