The U.S. should also pay Al Qaeda for re-digging at Bora Bora

Good job B. Obama! Let's assist Terrorist organizations that attack democratic allies with monies from the American Taxpayers. We need to help Hamas stay in power, and your administration is just the group of misguided Israel haters to do it.

We also need to provide some taxpayer money for Mexican Narcotraffickers who poison our youth and weak-minded citizens with drugs. Those Narcotraffickers need more weapons to shoot at our Law Enforcement on the border.

We certainly don't need that money for anything in the U.S.A
