I'm, not sure how much here is truly "stupid" & how much by design.

Hillary is neither stupid or a victim of "orders" from Obama. Orders or not, Hillary is playing the game as she always has. Whatever it takes to build and sustain the Clinton power/influence machine, is what the Clintons will do. It is prostitution of values to the shrine of wealth and power.
