Nobody's that dumb?

None of the people who pledged(?) all that money have to live under threat of daily rocket and mortar fire. They seem to think that if they say it, it will come to pass. Dumb is too mild a word to describe them. How about "stupid"? It takes very little effort to "pledge" the money. How about all the money the Arab block has pledged in the past and never delivered? The U.S. will be held to Hillary Clinton's pledge, but how about the rest? If the Arabs are sincere, why don't they send their troops to disarm Hamas? Wouldn't that be a show?
