Dumb is too mild a word to describe this "International Conference in Support of the Palestinian Economy for the Reconstruction of Gaza" !
What madness ! the folly of the international community allocating enormous funds to the reconstruction of Gaza !

"re-build" Gaza ? Surreal is the right word.
