Absolutely.

A person, or nation, condemns itself by that which it approves.

The U.S. as well as Europe have for decades "approved" of bartering, throwing money, appeasement of the enemy; providing the ENEMY with "incentives" to come around to OUR way of thinking. Height of arrogance on our part. Doesn't work. Never will.

Quoting you: "All wars are one by making the other guy lose the will to continue fighting..."

I noticed that you wrote, "All wars are one".

Was that on purpose? If it was, well done.
