ANY WORD ON FINLAND?Reader comment on item: Europeans Fleeing Eurabia Submitted by DANIEL REDMOND (United States), Mar 15, 2008 at 10:07 It has become obvious that most of Europe is a hopeless basket case with no will whatever to stand up to the Muslim onslaught that has invaded its borders. But Finland at least has had a long history and culture of defiance to intruders. During World War II when it was rumored that the Soviet Union, whose population outnumbered the Finns by a ratio of 50 to1, were about to invade their country Finland's attitude was to shrug it off and say, 'That could be a problem. Where will we bury them all?' I hope they have retained some of that tough and defiant nature. If so, they may become the one European country that successfully avoids Islamization. - DANIEL REDMOND Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
