Zionism

Zionism was based on the promises, found in the Torah, that Eretz Israel would be Jewish again. But as we have see in the recent news, not even the Rabbis any longer believe in it G'ds revelation, and have proclaimed that the Torah is nothing but folk tales!? The promised land of Zion never existed. It was all an illusion! So, why fight over it?
