I agree -- Israel should fight the archaeology issue hardReader comment on item: Zionism's Bleak Present Submitted by Charles Martel (United States), Oct 23, 2007 at 12:52 Israel is letting Moslems destroy real ancient Jewish artifacts while digging around the Temple mount/Dome of Rock. Even secular Israelis should be able to hang tough on that because it is objective science, not a spooky religious argument, and it is something that secular archaeologists would support Israel on (unless they have sold out to the Moslem vermin -- which I'm sure some have.) When I see the utter lack of unity or sense of purpose among Israelis or Jews worldwide about Israel's future (combined with the even greater threat of Palestinian demographics) I say again that only a miracle will save Israel. I'm a Christian and believe in miracles, but I'm cautious enough to know that if I've gotten to the point where I need a miracle -- I'm probably sunk.
