Reader comment on item: Arab-Israeli Fatalities Rank 49th

Submitted by J. white (United States), Oct 9, 2007 at 18:37

My great grandfather was the last of our descendants of French aristocracy to fight muslims- he said the Ottoman Turks were mostly honorable soldiers- viscious but honorable, the rest - Albanians, Serbs, and the like hid behind their women and children- cowards all.

If you did not know, the aristocracy and the military were one and the same for centuries; and also in league witrh the Church...For over a thousand years we have been involved in fighting against them...Vienna, and the like.

We fought and ran them out of France at the time of Charlemagne into Spain where it took THEM and additional 700 years to remove the muslims ticks from the body of old Spain.

What sickens me most is the abject ignorance of the liberal fools that "think" we can get along with fanatics whose whole premise is: My way or the highway. There is no reasoning with a mad dog or a religious fanatic.
