It's unfortunate that no one anticipates the response by Arab apologists, that the reason so many Muslims/Arabs have a lopsided deathtoll, by their own people, is that the Arab/Israeli conflict CAUSES them to inflict on their own people such war and conflict. They get around it so conveniently, and you have to place that axiom in your letter.
