Dear Mandy and Justme,

You wanted some statistics about Muslim countries and here they are. Please read them and then I will ask you a simple question:

- One-fifth of the world's population (1 billion) are Muslims. More than 85% Muslims are non-Arabs.

-Although Islam is often associated with the Arab world and the Middle East, less than 15% of Muslims are Arab.

-It deserves notice that of the five countries which have the most Muslims, none is an Arab country:
Indonesia (171 million muslims)
Pakistan (119 Million muslims)
Bangladesh (110 million muslims)
India (100 million muslims)
Turkey (56 million muslims)

-Saudi Arabian Muslims consists only 2.5 per cent of the World's Muslim population. If you have anything against that country (your best buddy though!), why do you blame the majority- 97.5 per cent Muslims for something that they have not done?

-Look at the top five countries which have the most Muslims - Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Turkey-...ALL THESE FIVE COUNTRIES have had female President or Prime Minister! (The only country in the world where women Prime Ministers have been elected in 3 consecutive elections is a MUSLIM country (Bangladesh), and not a country from the west.)

You great American women- children of the great liberal democracy, advocates of human and women's rights….if you enjoy so much freedom and rights, why couldn't you then never reach the topmost position of your country like we, the women in the Muslim countries, did?
