Is it Islam or are they just criminals?

This has been the question since GW Bush uttered his ridiculous: "Islam is peace"

We have two options:

1. These jihadists are no more than criminals and should be treated as criminals

2. Or to admit that there are indeed doctrines in Islam that promote incite and encourage such crimes and that Jihad is the doctrine of Holy War in Islam and Daesh is the real Islam and the Muslim Brotherhood is a terrorist organization

Unless our leaders realize that Muslims should reform Islam by rejecting violence and hate in their books and unless Muslims reform their religion we will see more "radical Islamic terrorism"
