It is interesting that you would invoke a Zionist thought of a homeland for the Jewish population, something the world never thought of in 1942, but was a Biblically driven outcome (Ezekiel Ch. 37, 38) the world could never have imagined. But we digress, for it is your implication that the United States' involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan was the proximal cause of homicide bombings in those places, forgetting evidently quite conveniently that Israel has been the target of such atrocities for quite a long time now. And are we to presume that fanatic Islamists are not the perpetrators?

If the September 11, 2001 perpetrators of Islamically driven sensibilities had not conducted their drill to death in New York, would the United States have been denied sufficient cause to enter into Iraq and Afghanistan? Seriously, you are not utopian, Islamically or not; for a greater issue of why America is at odds with Islam is at play; and Islam is way older than America for America to be the proximal cause of Islamic issues.
