Debanjan Banerjee's hypocrisy

Reader comment on item: Goodbye Ankara

Dear Dr Pipes:

Your reader Debanjan Banerjee writes in support of Islamists. So hypocrisy should naturally be his second nature. He advocated that Israel should apologize to Turkey for Mavi Marmara incidence and give fare enough comepensation to the victims. Did Islamists kill any one recently? Historically? Did they ever apologize to any one? Islamists do not need to apologize because since the beginning of the Islamist movement they do disorganized raids. They do not do fight legitimate wars, they fight wanton battles where killing is the name of the game. There is no authority, so no one needs to apologize. On the other hand, Israel has a legitimate government must apologize. So any Tom, Dick and Harry can ask Israel to apologize.
