Not All Americans are Black Sheep

Reader comment on item: Back to the Shores of Tripoli?
in response to reader comment: Then stop all the bleating....

For someone who is evidently sensitive about invectives directed to a sector of society that they care about, why is there the term of 'bleating' used as it relates to the American presence in the Middle East. If one desires to take the high road approach to a discussion in this forum, then let us not resort to 'labeling' and 'epithets,' and concentrate on the reasons why you would eliminate the American presence from the Middle East.

First, not all Americans are enthralled that much with the various blue-colored activities that you are so willing to cast upon the West. Were your perception true, then it could be speculated that the amoral action against the Muslim community would be to level the Kaaba, torch the Saudi and all the other Arab oil operations, and nuke Iran, Syria and Pakistan for preventative measure. But America has not done that. Ever wonder why?

The time of Islam in a certain modicum of power is inevitable, and the conflict with the West will be increased beyond the capabilities of the Muslim world to contain. But there will be no help from America then, for the UN will likely be your potential resource for assistance, and not America. Try to figure out why.
