I don't agree with all of your arguments but at least I can see your point...at least up until the "Bush Derangement Syndrome" (first diagnosed by Dr. Charles Krauthammer) reared its ugly head at the end.

Although yours may be a variation which I like to refer to as "Bush Tourettes Syndrome". This is where the sufferer can be in the middle of a perfectly lucid sentence or thought and...KAPOW! Bush comes out of nowhere.

This is closely related to "Global Warming Turrets Syndrome" which I noticed manifesting itself in a geologist on the BBC explaining the cause of the tragic earth quake and tsunami in Japan. He actually had the temerity to work global warming into the conversation. I am confident it was uncontrollable on his part; not unlike those suffering from BTS have the uncontrollable compulsion to belch out "W" this or that at the end of any thought.
