I wish it were true

Right now the USA is demanding that Israel pay for its mistakes in the ME. Israel is supposed to pay with concessions leading to self-immolation for American idiocy in Iraq. If you go back on my many comments in this wonderful medium DP, you will see I advocated from the start to demolish Saddam, and get out. Character building and nation building and psychological modifications are not part of what the Marines should and can do. So by now I have lost faith in the ability of this administration ,and possibly the next one, to comprehend the facts on the ground here in the Holy Land, so i'd rather have the US do nothing and simply not interfere when Israel does what must be done.
