One hopes in vain that the disgusting news from such a prestigious institution of learning as Columbia is a clever April's fool's story, and not really true.

But in looking at DeGenova's past history, one must sadly admit that more likely it is not a joke. And it is even more surprising to find that several other Columbia professors are allied with him although not expressing their views in such an outrageous way.
