Columbia is ok with thisReader comment on item: Columbia [University] vs. America Submitted by Frank Shannon (United States), Apr 2, 2003 at 10:55 Unless Columbia formally disciplines this guy for his statements then they saying they have no serious problem with those statements. I say that because I believe there are things he could have said that would have resulted in immediate disciplinary action by the university. Can you think of examples of statements which if made publicly would have resulted in punishment? I think you can. The bottom line is that a call for the destruction of an army whose commander and chief is a conservative Christian is pretty much ok with the big shots at Columbia.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
