DeGenova calls for the genocide of our enemies as well?Reader comment on item: Columbia [University] vs. America Submitted by Michael Joyce (United States), Apr 1, 2003 at 12:07 I sent this query to Mr. DeGenova, as well as his Department Chair, President Bollinger and others. I have received no specific reply to my charge of his apparent wish for a genocide."I would like to ask Mr. De Genova if he has thought through the logical consequences of his desire. How do we define what was meant by "Mogadishu" in his statement? We know that 18 American Special Forces were killed. We also believe that over 1,000 Somalis were likewise killed. Is Mr. De Genova advocating the genocide of over 1 billion (1,000x1,000,000) of our present enemies in addition to the staggering number of 18 million Americans? How would he choose those enemies, since there are not enough Iraqis to fill the bill? Is he hoping for a multi-generational war or a more catastrophic event? What exactly did Mr. De Genova mean?
