Turkish police stateReader comment on item: How to End Terrorism[: With Moderate Islam] Submitted by Ianus (Poland), Dec 10, 2006 at 17:54 Dear Susan , you wrote : "turkey is NOt secular, it's police controlled." I'd only add and "army-controlled". "Other than that, the turks immigrants in germany are behaving like animals like the Pakistanis in britain. No difference." Indeed, Kreuzberg in Berlin is one of the nastiest places in Germany . Crimes committed by Moslems in Germany are kept as far as possible secret from the public by a special circulary of the Interior minister , as one German friend once told me. "I believe there is no secular islam, those countries are police controlled that's what prevent them from behaving like any other muslim country." And what is paradoxical is that it is the EU pressing for reforms in Turkey that is weakening and undermining this Kemalist police and military control which is the only obstacle for Turkish Moslems to re-impose their medieval identity on Turkey.
