Castro , Stalin , Mao and Moslem dictators(generally) won. Hitler and Milosevic lost. Pol Pot actually lost but was never brought to justice. It is the winning party that decides who the heroes and the villains are. Who wants to side with losers? It is questionable, but hardly strange.
