The Quran as a mircale

Reader comment on item: Islamophobia?

Submitted by The Scholar (United States), Nov 29, 2005 at 14:45

Lisa is telling us that the Quran is false because Taha Hussein (a famous Egyptian literary figure) after 1300 years was able to challenge it! Well, it sounds like a very long time to me to challenge a book! Maybe he wrote a new one, and we never heard of it!! Lisa, why don't you share with us part of Taha Hussein's master work? I wonder, if coming up with a new Quran is that easy, why we can't find hundreds of versions of it, just as is in the case of the bible!

Let me tell you something, the Quran will always remain what it has always been throughout the years, a miracle. To appreciate its uniqueness, you have to read it in its original form in Arabic!
