Reader comment on item: Islamists, Get Out

Submitted by Justin Case (Canada), Sep 5, 2005 at 00:25

When a Saudi delegation came to a Nordic county and asked for permission to build a mosque, the city fathers made an incredible counter offer:

We will not only allow you to build a mosque here, but we will pay for it and build it for you! Of course, you will also build a church and pay for it in your country!

The Saudis left without getting their mosque.

If you want to follow your faith in a country you have immigrated to, it should be allowed as long as it does not go against the laws and historic culture of your new homeland. PERIOD.
